The 3DTVwatcher team was very excited to see Safari Park Adventure 3D for two reasons: we love animals and we love 3D. But you already knew the latter.
We’ve been treated to both – we’ve spoken to the staff working at the Woburn Safari Park for ages and we would probably have never stopped, had we not heard the office calling us to come back.
But let’s talk about Sky’s 3D series. Very much like Meerkats 3D, the viewer will have a chance to observe wild animals and their daily routines, for instance elephants getting pedicures or penguins indulging in some good old food fights – no pies in the face though.
The tridimensional format tricked 3DTVwatcher into thinking that the animals were almost watching us (not only us watching them), some particular scenes were enhanced endlessly by the 3D effect, we almost felt a lion’s paw stepping all over us. Yes, we ducked.
Sky 3D’s channel director, John Cassy, shared 3DTVwatcher’s love for animals and said:
“Woburn offers an inspiring array of some of the world’s most endangered wildlife and each animal has its own distinct personality.
“3D filming techniques enables their stories to be brought to life in a way that was never before possible.”
To see all the wild animals that Woburn Safari Park has on show in all of their 3D glory, make sure you tune in to the Sky 3D channel with the first episode airing on the 4th of February, 2012.
